Hello friends,

I want to know if how long computer has been running. I am fun of using Windows 7 starter 32 bit operating system on my computer desktop. How and where could I check the status of the computer if how long it has been running? This is very important so that the user can monitor the computer’s status.

Hello,

I will show you two methods of doing this:

1. Open your Task Manager (Ctrl + ALT + Delete), go to performance tab and you'll see "Uptime", there you can find how long your computer is running. 

2. Open command prompt (find it on the start menu or go to Run and type cmd) and type systeminfo. Now you can see when it was booted, and you can calculate how long it is running.

Hello Rawa,

I read your problem, and I think the previous solution is enough to solve it. I will also give you an easy way to solve it. Just click on your taskbar, then start task manager, then go to "performance", and you will see a system dialogue box. Here, it will show your PC running time. For a better solution, see the first answer and screenshot.
