Hello experts,

I want to get a free download for the vcd file player. I need to know all the requirements needed to get the vcd file player. I am using Windows 7 starter operating system is it compatible with this kind of operating system? I hope it is, tell me more guys.

Hi,

You can download multimedia player for the VCD file from many sources. Even VCD file can be played in window media player. The best multimedia player for VCD file is VLC player.

It is widely used player and very competent.

This can play almost all the formats of the audio and video files. You can download.

1. Media Player Codec (Media player Classic).

This player is free, and it's the best player for me. I've always used this player for watching video. Codec supports many formats like MPEG-2, SVCD, DVD CO Dec.

VCD files are normally AVI, MPEG and many more. There are a lot of software and applications that can play your VCD files. Including Windows media player that normally with your OS. Try VLC, here's the link http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html.
