In GameGuard, error “360” means the nProtect patch process has failed due to corrupted files or very restrictive firewall. This error usually appears in Windows 10 but can also be encountered if the game you are playing uses GameGuard. To fix the problem, allow the game through your firewall to permit GameGuard. Try also to disable your antivirus or internet security temporarily when playing “Riders Of Icarus”.

If this doesn’t work, try deleting the GameGuard folder. Restart the computer then open Windows Explorer. Navigate to “C:\Nexon\Library\icarus\appdata\Bin64” then delete the GameGuard folder. For Steam users, go to “C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Riders of Icarus\Bin64” and delete the GameGuard folder. After this, start the game and GameGuard will be downloaded again. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the game. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.

Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select “Riders Of Icarus” among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.
