All my games are working fine for the past several months. The usual problem I encounter is only with my internet connection but nothing serious. This morning when I tried to start a game, this error code 350 greeted me and I can’t start the game. Any help to fix this error is appreciated.

Error “350” in GameGuard means the updating of GameGuard has been cancelled. This problem can be related to your internet connection or a firewall is blocking the connection. If you see this error when the game is starting up, close the dialog then restart the computer. If this doesn’t work, add the game to your Windows Firewall or internet security and allow it to connect.

If you’re on Windows XP, click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Security Center” then “Windows Firewall”. In “Windows Firewall” window, go to “Exceptions” tab then click “Add Program”. In “Add a Program” dialog, scroll down and select your game then click “OK”. If your game is not on the list, click “Browse” then navigate to the location of the installation folder of your game.

Select the EXE file, click “Open” then “OK” all throughout. Try also starting the game as administrator. Right-click the game and select “Run as administrator”. If this worked, try to configure the game to always run as administrator. Right-click the game and select “Properties”.

In the “Properties” dialog, go to “Compatibility” tab then under “Privilege Level” section at the bottom, check “Run this program as an administrator” then click “OK”.
