I need some help on creating calculator GUI source code.
The graphical user interface is one of the most relevant parts of the program or system.

When the GUI becomes an important factor of the software you should always use a high level programming language like C#.NET or JAVA.
They provide you some high level built in libraries which makes your programming task much easier and they also support windows based applications. On the other hand,IDEs like Netbeans or Visual studio got high level and user friendly controls as well.
So I recommend you to use C# or JAVA as your programming language.
