NetFlow version 9 comes from NetFlow traffic protocol that is template-based. It allows network to gather particular data about inbound network packets. It's an extensible design for the format of the data. 

The network traffic analyzer analyzes the data in real time specify exactly what type of traffic is there on your network, where is coming from and where is going.
