I need Samsung bad block recovery software which can make that recovery for Samsung 500GB disk. I could use the alternative NTFS software for that, however, I need the exact matching software, and that would be great if it could be freeware. Could you advice any, please?

Just to clarify your question, are you trying to fix a bad sector or recover lost files.
Were the files lost due to a bad sector or were they deleted in some way?
If so you can try Recuva, you can download it here.
Recuva will restore deleted files such a pictures, videos, and documents.
As long as the file has not been overwritten by new data it is still recoverable.

There are a few programmers which claim to be free only to require a licence key to actually recover files.
I ran advanced NTFS recovery software and that was able to see and potentially recover the data but I would rather not have to pay to recover my files before sending the disk back for replacement. I would tell you NTFS recovery soft is best so no need to change.
