I need Novell Client tweak for performance improvement

I have the Novell client and I use it instead of the client for Microsoft Networks.  I'm trying to modify the settings of the Novell Client.  What value do I put in Read and Write Burst Size?  I need someone to guide me with Novell Client tweak.  I'm on Windows XP 64 bit.  Thanks.

It has been said that customers usually compare the performance of the Novell client's packet burst with Microsoft client's packet burst. It is because they find the NetWare client's performance lacking. The reason of this is due to the differences to the basic design in the clients and might as well in the implementation of packet burst.
