I need an iPhone 5 software for budget and bill paying

Hi.  Can someone here suggest an accurate mobile software for budget and bill paying?  I have the 16 GB iPhone 5 that has the Apple A6 chipset, Dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU, PowerVR SGX 543MP3 GPU and iOS 6.1.2.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Not sure if you have this app in your IPHONE but normally this should be preinstalled in your device. The name of the App is MINT. This is one of the top rated applications best suited for managing your expenses, setting up goals, setting up budgets and much more. One good thing about this app is that it connects to your bank (given that your bank account is supported) and download your transactions. All you need to do next is to categorize your transactions and the app will take care of the reports. Check the image below:
