If you want to make program atmel Bluetooth module iphone you have to develop a Bluetooth dongle for your computer. It cannot use the normal one built into the computer as it needs a custom apple chip for encoding. It’s the method that ca do something what you want with Bluetooth. So get your app in the app store. You can implement a similar functionality more readily over wifi.
