I need help with Norton Mobile Security 4

I just installed Norton Mobile Security 4 on my iPhone.  I'm trying to test the location of my phone but I can't seem to find it on the map.  Please help.  I have an iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.3.  Thanks in advance.

Hello Elija, 

Location services uses cellular, GPS and Wi-Fi to determine location. These services are sometimes turned off so you can turn on if you need to use them. Then there are a few things to set up. One, make sure time and date are correctly set up. The time zone should be correctly set. Secondly, verify that you have cellular or Wi Fi network connection. If you still cannot find it on the map, try disabling the antivirus software because it might be viewing some settings as viruses and block them. This is common in many antivirus software but first you need to determine if it is the one causing this problem. If it is, you can choose another version of Norton preferably the latest.
