I need a good photo sizer software

Hi guys.  Can anyone recommend a good photo sizer software?  I want to batch resize a lot of JPEG images and still maintain quality.  Watermarking would be a plus.  I'm on a Windows 7 64 bit system.  Thanks.

It has a very intuitive and friendly user interface.
 
 
2. IrfanView A compact and fast image editor, converter and viewer. Notable features include batch editing/conversion/resize, cut/crop, watermark, ability to add plugins.
 
3. FastStone Photo Resizer – It is an excellent choice if you want batch processing to convert/resize, rename, cut/crop, add watermarks, rotate. It also allows you to drag and drop files.
