I am in close range to my friend’s iPad and I’m trying to find the iPad via Wi-Fi. Why am I not seeing my friend’s bluetooth Win7 iPad?

Hello Kurt,

 

                This is a common problem in Apple, well did you tried upgrading the bluetooth version of your ipad? If not its time to upgrade it and check. Also check if there are all the possible drivers installed in your friend's ipad for bluetooth. Now restart the ipad and first of all unpair it and then search the device and pair it again and this will solve your problem.

If still the problem persists go for a full antivirus scan, it might be a victim of a virus attack.
