Hello dear,

I will suggest you to contact with the Intel server service department. Because it problem could be occur for many reasons. This could be for the BIOS version that is not supported, This could be for a defective processor. It could also be processor/server board compatibility issues.

Check your all hardware properly connected. If everything is ok then contact to intel service corporation office. The address is here:

Hello Casey Cock,

This error indicates a hardware failure issue. Error 8110 means Processor 01 internal errors (IERR) on the last boot. You may try In order to fix this problem you can try to enable the processor resetting by going to BIOS, then select Advanced, then go to Processor Configuration and set the "Processor Retest" to "Enabled".

Your processor might not have signaled in the correct function and this might have happened because of some screw loosens, or a wire malfunctioning, you may take a technician's help to look into this matter as it is risky. Or your processor might have experienced the failure because of the unrecoverable fall in the performance, in this case, you are recommended to change your processor or contact customer service of your processor's manufacturing company.

Hope your problem gets solved soon. Best of Luck!

Hi Casey, the main reason why this happens is because of the problem with the motherboard. Your motherboard may not be compatible with the BIOS version, or either the processor may lack compatibility with the BIOS version.

So what you need to do to solve this is look for another bios or processor that has good compatibility with the motherboard. You need also to troubleshoot the problem.

Once you change the BIOS or reset, it should be able to solve the error. When it is compatible, you can restart the system and it should work well.

Thanks
