I’m having anti malware activation account key error

Hello.  I just purchased the Ashampoo anti-malware software.  I'm trying to install the software but when I input the anti malware activation account key, it gives an error of "wrong key".  Why is this so?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks.

Hello,

Basically you have some methods that you need to try if you want to uninstall Malware from your machine:

Method1: Remove Ashampoo Anti-Malware and reinstall it and check if the wrong key error dialogue is gone.

Method 2: Download professional uninstaller program that will uninstall the software.

Method 3: Delete the Ashampoo Anti-Malware from Add – Remove Programs.
