I lost my apps after upgrade of my SONY phone

Hi everyone,

6 months back, I have purchased a new Sony LT28h Xperia Ion black phone. It's working pretty well so far.

But today I upgraded my phone and from that time onwards I am unable to see any of my apps which were already loaded on that. I searched all locations, but no luck.

Please can somebody suggest me to get back my apps again. Thanks for your kind help in advance.

Hi Matthew S Hood,



Very sad to hear about your problem!



Usually the data captured by Sony Xperia by default are stored in the SD card,so there is a chances for you to recover data from Sony Xperia only if the files were saved on the SD card.



Or you can take Sony Xperia Data Recovery to do the job for you, it is a full-featured data recovering program can recover deleted data like Photos, Videos and Audio files from Sony Xperia.
