A few days ago, I purchased an android phone with the latest Android system. Now when I’m trying to use the Google play store in it, it keeps crashing. How can I solve this problem?
This could be happening because you have a corrupt cache. Follow the steps to fix this problem-
• Go to settings.
• Click on Apps.
• Swipe right to locate the “all” tab.
• Locate the Google play store in it and wipe cache and data.
• After that, restart your phone.
After restarting, try to open the Google play store. If it still crashes, try to wipe cache and data from Google play services and Google services framework. After performing it, always restart your phone.
