I keep getting this error message when I turn on my computer

Hello experts,

I am getting this error message simultaneously after turning on my computer. This problem started just some days before.

I do not know how to solve this problem. And also I don't want to touch my system security option.

I am really in need of help. I think you can provide me some useful information in order to solve this problem and I will not need to disturb my computer's security system.

My installed antivirus that is facing this problem is Norton 360 in is unable to run after I click on it. I also tried to run it by accessing the start menu but still it seems wrong and does not work.

Your problem might be caused by conflicts in your software restriction policies so you will have to adjust these settings to do this follow these steps:

Click the Start button in the search line type in secpol.msc press enter,

Then the Local Security Policy will open, from there look for the folder which says Software Restriction Policies, open it then click on Enforcement, a new window which says Enforcement properties will appear and from there change "All software files" to "All software files except libraries(such as DLLs) click apply

Then Ok and reboot your computer.

I keep getting this error message when I turn on my computer

It can be a registry error and the cause behind such error can be a virus. You need to perform a full virus scan to clean your computer form viruses. If you are not able to scan the system you can run in safe mode and then perform the task and you will be able to solve your problem.
