I have problems with My Windows 7 OS

I have installed Outlook and added 2 users in it. I am using this computer at home and so it is not connected to any domain. I have imported ‘.pst’ file from my old computer to the new computer’s Outlook which have a profile named ‘ABC’. It connects through POP and it is working properly. When I am login to another user name, DEF, it is not starting the Outlook and I am getting an error message which says ‘Default email folder is not able to open’.  I don’t know why this is happening. Is there some problem with the importing of the ‘.pst’ file? If anybody knows the solution to solving this, please help me. I will be thankful for all your help.

Dear Zanyap

Your account doesn't have permissions to the user DEF's mailbox and so you got this error.  The cause of this problem may be that named pipes (ncacn_np) is supposed to be the Exchange client RPC (Remote Procedure Call) protocol.  To solve this issue, try to remove the static mapping for any of these services; the Exchange server directory service or the information store service. You may also run the command "net use" to the Inter-process communication IPC$ share on the Exchange Server computer and then you are able to access the other mailbox using its credentials.

Hope this may help you.

Best of luck
