I have a problem with Skype

Hello,

Here I have a problem with Skype. When I set out my "speaker" with the headset, there is a conflict. In fact it refreshes all the sound cards that are on my PC and then when I’m calling the sound bug. When I am with the HDMI output of my screen, no problem.

So if you can help me solve this problem, thank you.

I have a problem with Skype

 

 

Hi.

You just try to click on (Echo/Sound test Service) on you Skype contact box so that you will know if your audio card hardware or your audio software driver is support with Skype or just install new version of Skype.

I have a problem with Skype

Hi James,

 

One way to work around the problem is to do the following:

Tools—>Options—>General—> Audio Settings—> Ringing section, Select Ring on all Devices. 

In addition to the solution above, make sure to take these necessary steps as well.

1) Control Panel—>Sound settings

 2)Select Audio and highlight the sound cars as your default Sound playback device

 3)Open the Voice option and highlight the sound card as default Sound playback device

 4) Then, open skype, go to tools then options and expand Audio settings and select the USB headphones as both Microphone and speaker

After that's done, Open skype–>Tools–>Options–>Audio Settings and select your USB headset as microphone and speaker selection.
