Hi all,

I have a problem with an adobe distiller chip download. My friend told me to watch over the download for he will go for a walk outside and buy some drinks for us, but suddenly when the download process reached half it crashes and didn’t respond anymore. How can I resolve this issue and get back to the process?

Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi Emaily!

You can try restoring the download by going to the web browser, opening the Downloads tab, and clicking Continue. If you downloaded using a download manager, open the application and search for the file to restore the download. If the file won’t continue downloading or an error occurs again, you will have to restart the download.

hi,

There could be several reasons for crash. It could be losing internet connection in between the downloading. Your hard drive might be with low memory. Please check if you have enough space available on the drive. There are two types of files, number one which are resume able and number two which are not resume able. First you need to check if the file resume able or not. For this please go the destination folder, most probably 'Downloads' folder. You will see 'Resume' option under the file. If yes then click resume and your download will start again from that very point. If 'Resume' option is not available right click the half downloaded file. You might found the resume option. If not then you need to download the file from the very start.

I hope it will help.

Regards,
