I got error when trying to open MS Office (Excel and Word)

I recently restored my laptop system and when I tried opening MS Office (Excel and Word) I got the error message below. I tried several actions including repairing it from the Control Panel but got the Click-To-Run error messages. How can I fix this?

1. Click "Start" button and then select "Programs".

2. Right click on the "Accessories" button, select Open and click "Command Prompt".

3. From the "Command Prompt" hover your mouse pointer, Right click on it and then click "Run as administrator".

4. It may ask you to enter a password if you have assigned a security password for Administrator access. Else, you will be automatically directed to the Command Prompt or black screen.

5. Type "sfc /scannow" into the command prompt and press Enter.

6. The computer will scan your system and replace installer files as needed. Wait until completed.
