I got this error when I tried to open a video on dartfish tv. I need help to solve this problem.

If you are getting error message while opening video in your dartfish.tv from Dartfish media player there are few reasons. Probably recently you have installed any antivirus or security program that is prevent you from connecting with dirtfish.tv. It may for a blocked network by proxy and firewall. So add exception for this URL.
That message is an initialization error triggered by the Silverlight plug-in. If this error is thrown after starting an application, restart your computer then try launching the program again and see if it works. If this doesn’t work, try to uninstall and reinstall the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.
Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select the affected program among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo Uninstaller then install the program back.
See if it works. If this doesn’t work, try downloading Dartfish again or check your subscription. If the problem continues, try downloading the latest Silverlight plug-in and update the existing version.
