I got an error message using BGInfo

Hello,

I got an error message using BGInfo and let me know how to resolve this error? Is there any way to fix this issue? Please provide me the proper solution. Thanks in advance.

I got an error message using BGInfo

Hi there Jason N Hastings,

 

Something went really wrong with your software so it's trying to import settings from the temp folder and obviously cannot access those settings.

 

In order to make things work again you will need to reinstall the software. Remove the old version using the Add/remove option in your control Panel, download the fresh version and perform a clean install. While installing, change the configuration so the software installs into the Program Files instead of the Windows folder.
