Hello,

I suggest that you find forums that gives a product key for your antivirus or download a key generator for that specific antivirus that you are using. Search in www.google.com and there are some results on the screen find the most compatible instruction and appropriate knowledge regarding this issue.

I hope this will help you a lot.

This is a very common issue among antivirus programs because users tend to search for free activation codes or license keys so they can license their program for free. Some users post hacked account infos on websites so that other users can activate their program. They do this without knowing the account can be discovered and will be blocked once it is identified. I’m positive this is the case with your activation key.

This problem normally happens on unlicensed copy of the program. It only means you’ve entered an activation key that is being shared to many other users and it is not permitted. One (1) license key or activation key is valid only for one (1) user depending on the kind of license purchased. Sometimes one (1) license is good for up to three (3) users.

When you acquire an activation key or license key, you don’t share it with others because you purchase it. When you share your own activation key to others, you are risking of getting your code blacklisted and when this happens, the code will be deactivated and can no longer be used. Because of this your program will become unlicensed and you need to purchase a new activation key again.

There is no way of fixing it but to purchase a new activation code again. In case you are sure that you have a licensed copy of Kaspersky antivirus and you get this error upon activation, visit Personal Product Technical Support and request support for your concern. Or visit Kaspersky Contact Support for more options.
