I cannot play video game in my laptop

Hi everyone!

I have recently installed a new video game in my laptop. However, I cannot play it because both the audio and graphics of the game are not synchronized. The former functions too fast while the latter is very slow and stop frequently. Can somebody please help me find a solution for this? Your suggestions or recommendations will be very helpful to me.

I cannot play video game in my laptop

You will need to synchronize the video and audio settings of your laptop. And that I suspect is a problem with a specific player that you are using, which you may have adjusted the settings and therefore making the audio to be fast compared to the video. You will therefore need to do the following:

• Open the player that is having those issues and then go to its settings in the menu bar. Locate the audio speed configurations and use the default settings. Locate the video settings too and set them to the defaults.
• The other thing that you will need to do is install and alternative video player and use it. Be careful when altering the settings of the player.
