I can’t upgrade my iPhone 4s into 6.1 4s.

I have an iPhone 4s and a laptop. I was trying to upgrade it into 6.1 4s, but it won't work. I downloaded the update on my laptop, and when I try to update it, it would stop in the middle of "backing up". Please help me fix this problem. Thanks.

I can’t upgrade my iPhone 4s into 6.1 4s.

All software updates will give you new features and options. You can update directly from the internet, or you can download the updates to your PC first and then update it offline.

First, I would like to know what error report is showing when you try to update. You must download the correct update for your model of iPhone, otherwise it will not update and will show these error reports, so you must download the correct version.
Sometimes, the antivirus software and firewalls create these types of problems, so you must disable them while you are updating.
