Dear,
Attachment files were sent to me decompressed by WinRAR. But I could not extract and download the software included.

Hi,
I think you are asking you cannot decompress a received file. Is that correct?..
To extract the files which included the rar file you have to download the file first. After that you can extract the file using winrar. If the WinRAR does not support software, either might be damaged or the rar file might be damaged. then try WinZip or 7zip to extract the files.

If you are wanting to know how to extract files from a zip file please follow the instructions below.
- Right click on the file.
- Then a menu will appear
- Click extract here
- Then the files will extract.
If the rar file maybe became corrupted. This can happen when you receive the file over the internet via email or downloading. This can also occur when it saved on a USB stick that is not working properly. There is an application that can repair the rar file. It is available for free.
