In Dell computers, you may receive error code “2000-0333” when you run the Diagnostics but the system didn’t receive a response from the user. This happens if you didn’t select an option from the test within the time allowed.

Error code “0333” means you started the diagnostic tool or was launched automatically then on the part where you are prompted to hit “Y” when the test shows some color bars, you didn’t respond within the time allowed.
