HTC Google Nexus Does Not Start

Hello experts,

My friend's phone which is a HTC Nexus is having some issues. I tried to restart it but when the phone restarted, there is a 4 X colors that appears. There is a blue, red, yellow and green and then nothing else. We left it on for the entire night but still nothing. I want to know how I can fix this? Please help.

HTC Google Nexus Does Not Start

Hello Berta R Cahill,

If your HTC Nexus phone will not go any further than get to the colored "X," You have an operating system failure. I would suggest you try hard resetting your phone. And if that does not work, then take it back to where you bought it from. If that does not work try contacting HTC.
