Hi techyv,
What is the minimum hp tools partition dimension required since i need more memory and don't want to delete data from other partitions.
Could freeing some of the data in the hp tools partition be an option?

It depends for what you need memory and how much memory you need. If you want to install operating system on partition then 10 GB would be enough, if you want to put music on that partition then it depends how much music you have.
And yes if you delete some data you'll have more space on your hard drive and you'll be able to save files you need.
