HP cm1415fn: White lines printed in black

Hello

I had to reinstall a machine running Ubuntu 10.04×32 and I find myself in the same situation as before: the prints come out with black lines instead of white lines.

The first time I solved the problem by changing (adding) something in a file … but which one?

In the future, I will note these things because I can not lay hands on this information.

If it awakens a memory for someone, let me know!

No it is not really a software problem it is a hardware problem though you can solve it very easily . do you know about head cleaning? If you not do not afraid. You don’t really have to open you printer head to clean there is a simple option in to easily clean it in your computer (if your printer driver is installed) when you are in a print window click on then another window will come then click on the properties and then go to maintenance and click on clean or cleaning to clean your head or click on deep clean to clean it deeply.
