How to use boris continuum Mac for plug in visual effect?

Hi guys. I am using MAC OS X LION and heard about boris continuum mac as it has amazing filter and visual effects. I have downloaded and installed it but now worry how to use it properly. I want to add some special effects like rendering, transition, color correction, image restoration etc. with 3-D objects. Please give some suggestion how to do this perfectly.

Whenever one is trying to use a new software, it is best to go through some tutorials.

Since boris continuum is a graphical software, the best type of tutorial would be video tutorials.

I have looked at some on the borisfx website and they are very effective.

You can also get other video tutorials.

Boris continuum is a great graphic software. There are a lot of video tutorials available for all the features in it.

You can check the videos on the borris site itself explaining the functionality of it.
