I have recently bought an iphone. I want to transfer all my iphone photos to a nas. I want to know the procedure of doing it. Any kind of suggestions will be highly appreciated.

At first you have to format the NAS for Mac Operating System extended.
Now exit from iPhoto and send the whole library to the NAS drive.
Stop holding the options and go to "select library" for initiating iPhoto so that it can be pointed to the peripheral storage.

Just drag the library of iPhoto of the picture in the Finder’s sidebar. Then launch iPhoto with the option key.
But, unless the NAS is formatted Mac OS extended you can’t able to run iPhoto library on it.
And you need to be sure that external drive is formatted and is available prior to launching iPhoto.
