How to Transfer Music from Computer to iPad?

Hello experts,

I am unable to get my MP3 songs from my iTunes to my iPad. Should I perform a hard reset? I am trying to find for a procedure on how to do it right, but I couldn't find an exact one. Can someone please assist me on it and provide the best method that will surely work. Thanks.

How to Transfer Music from Computer to iPad?

Hi, first you have to make sure that the software of your iPad is compatible with the version of iTunes that you have on your computer, if not, please download the compatible version. Then connect your iPad to your PC and open iTunes. If your iPad is set to "Sync Automatically" then there should be no problem because once you connect your iPad to your iTunes, songs will be synced to your iPad right away. But if it's set to "Sync Manually" then you have to manually add songs to your iPad;  just mark all the songs from your iTunes and then drag them to your iPad.

Hi here are the steps to transfer your music from the computer to your iPad

  1. Make sure the version of iTunes is compatible with your iPad.
  2. Connect the USB chord to both the Computer and the iPad.
  3. Once connected the iPad will appear under the 'Devices' in the left hand column of iTunes. Then click on the iPad icon.
  4. In the main widow of iTunes select 'Music' tab on the top of the Screen. Then select "Sync Music" and select the music of which you want to transfer.
  5. Click 'Apply' on the lower right corner of the menu to sync your music files.
