I want to know whether there is a standalone updater which can be used to update
Symantec endpoint protection virus definitions manually not from the console. Can
anyone help me?

Using the Daily Certified Intelligent Updater

a) Open the page containing antivirus definitions for the intelligent updater for SEP.
NOTE: You can also download for UNIX platforms from this page, but the following steps are for windows.

b ) Look for the proper file to download on your OS(32-bit or 64-bit)and the version of SEP you use.

c ) Select the file name and download it.
