While I was updating my Windows 10, I encountered a 0x80070003 error, and the update was incomplete. I have tried to run the update several times, but it did not solve the problem. How can I troubleshoot this error?

How To Troubleshoot Windows Update Error 0x80070003?

You can run the Windows update troubleshooter to solve the 0x80070003 error.

Method 1

a. Search settings in the Window’s search box, and open it.

b. Go to Update & Security.

c. Click on Troubleshoot.

d. If you don’t find the Windows Update troubleshooter here, click on the additional troubleshooters.

e. Click on Windows Update.

f. Run the troubleshooter.

Method 2

a. Search Command Prompt in the Window’s search box, and open it as Administrator.
b. Type net stop wuauserv and press enter.
c. Type net stop bits and press enter.
d. Restart your device.
e. Open Command prompt admin.
f. Type net start wuauserv and press enter.
g. Type net start bits and press enter.
h. Update your Windows now.
