a. Check whether your DVD is writable or not.
b. If the DVD does not have any other name, check for RW in the DVD name.
c. If the DVD name is different, go to properties.
d. If the DVD is read-only, you cannot burn to that DVD.

a. In the Window’s search box, type control panel.
b. Open it.

c. Change View as large icons in the top right corner.
