I casually use yahoo mail for my official and personal communication. Nowadays when I’m trying to open my mail, then it is showing error 19 sometimes. When I try to sign it again, it is working fine. What can be the reasons for it, and how can I solve it?

This error is similar to error 999 in Yahoo. It gets resolved usually in less than 30 minutes. It just means it temporarily locked for access. There are many reasons for this error.
