I am getting a problem, my dell laptop battery charger I plugged-in but still my laptop is not getting charged. Please provide me some trouble shooting tips to work this out.
How To Solve Dell Laptop Battery Charger Problem?
The charger may occur due to several reasons. You should check out few of them:
- Try to disconnect all the peripherals like flash drive, printers.
- Restart the system.
- Remove the battery once and reconnect the AC from the adapter.
- Press the power button for 20-30 seconds and release it.
- Try to open the BIOS, tap f12 key when the power button.
- Try to save the defaults of the BIOS settings, press F10 key save and exit.
