How do I open the windows server 2012 group policy editor, I need to make some changes to notch up the windows server a bit.
The steps given below will guide you on how to open the policy editor.
You can either use the command prompt or the MMC which is also known as Microsoft Management Console.
Command line method:
Search gpedit.msc in the search box in the start menu and hit the enter key.
MMC method:
Open MMC by searching mmc in the search box and then click on the File menu.
Click on Add/Remove snap-in option and then select group policy object editor and add it.
