when I reinstalled my windows, at every stage, it gives me the same message that the required net framework is not found. How to overcome this problem??

I think you are referring to the part where you install back all your applications and not the actual installation of the operating system. I’ve been installing Microsoft Windows multiple times and I’ve never encountered an instance where it prompts me to install Microsoft .NET Framework. Microsoft .NET Framework is normally required by applications that were built and developed using .NET Framework.
