How To Fix The Error Code 2869 Regarding Installation Of A Package

Hello, It occurs due to some missing component or program is restricting the installation of the package. There are some chances of file corruption in the download process.

Check the below procedures:

Method 1: Make sure that you have done the installation correctly. To ensure, you can reinstall the software. Download it from their official website. Avoid downloading from third-party sites.

Method 2: Place the .msi file into your root directory. For example: if C drive is your active partition, then the path will be C:\file.msi.

Open your notepad and type “MSI exec /i C:/file.msi” without double quotes. The file must be replaced with the actual name. Save this file with .bat extension. Move it to desktop and run it as administrator. It will resolve the problem and execute the installer.
