How to fix problems in Microsoft surface pro 2 cover?

Hi, it’s a great pleasure to solve your issue, first of all, you need to know this problem is not too much seriously, and please follow my instructions to fix it.

It could be a hardware issue, and please check; otherwise,  please shut down your Microsoft surface pro 2 Cover then, hold the volume up as well as  power button both press  together for 10 seconds.

Then, power on the surface if it goes to boot screen tap on exist.

Then finally, your Microsoft surface will boot up, and your keyboard and touchpad issue will be solved.
