So Iam using microsoftnokialumia 930 and I was working fine until recently it started having issues with the second microphone. I mean the microphone that we use when we are in speaker mode, the one which the camera uses to record our voice and the one that Cortana uses to hear our commands are not working. Now there is no issue while I am on hands-on mode. But the problem starts when I switch to speaker mode as the voice quality keeps very low.

Also, Cortana is not responding well, or she cants hear the commands that I give and which takes a lot of try and time to respond. Now I think this is a software issue. So can anyone help me fix this issue?

This issue has been reported by a number of users now.
Now there is not much of a solution so I would recommend you to take your phone to an authorized service center and get your device fixed or replaced if your phone is still under warranty.
Now another fix that I can tell you is to run the Lumia Software Recovery Tool for a complete reset. Now before doing this make sure that you backup all the data in your phone.
If you don’t know how to use a recovery tool then look into the forums you will find some threads on how to use a recovery tool as they might explain it to you better than me.
Now from what I hear is that this issue is fixed with the denim update so also try updating your phone before going for the recovery tool option. Hope this helps you.
