I play Fallout 76 on PlayStation 4 and I randomly receive this error code. I can still play the game but sometimes the error appears. I usually fix it by restarting my console but this is only temporary. It doesn’t fix the problem actually because I still receive it. Is there a way I can fix the problem permanently?

This means you will only see it when playing Fallout 76 on Sony PlayStation 4 and will not appear when you play the game on the computer. The error is triggered because of corrupt data or system software. If you encounter this error, try to power cycle your console to clear the cache.

On your PS4 controller, press and hold the “[PS]” button then select “Turn Off PS4”. Let the console to completely turn off then wait about ten to twenty seconds (10 – 20 seconds). After this period, turn on the console again. If this doesn’t work, try updating the game. On your console, go to the PlayStation XMB home screen. Select or highlight “Fallout 76” then press “[Options]” on the controller.

On the next screen, select “Check For Update” then install any available update. If this doesn’t work, try updating your console’s firmware.
