How To Create A Backup Outlook 2003 Easily?

Step1. Open Outlook.

Step2. Choose File menu and click on import/export drop down menu.

Step3. Select export to a file and hit on Next.

Step4. Choose a personal folder and click Next.

Step5. Select the folder you want to create as the backup.

Step6. Click next.

Step7. Browse for the location where you want to save the backup.

Step8. Click on Finish to complete the process.
