You can follow the previous post by setting the selected cells to “Fraction” format in “Number” section on the ribbon. This will automatically convert all the numbers in the respective cells from the default decimal format into fraction format.

You can find the “Number” section on the “Home” tab next to the “Alignment” section in the ribbon. Another way to do that is to use the “Format Cells” function. To try this, highlight all the cells that have decimal values then right-click on the highlight and select “Format Cells.”

In Format Cells window, in “Number” tab, select “Fraction” on the left pane then select the format you want on the right. When you are finished, click “OK.”

This method is the same as the first method but unlike the first method, the second method using “Format Cells” will allow you to control the number of digits used in the fraction format.
