Hey buddy! Connecting a DSL modem and a wireless router together can be done in a couple of minutes. For this, turn off all your network devices (computer, DSL modem, wireless router). Now connect the modem and the wireless router via an Ethernet cable. Further, connect the computer to the wireless router using an Ethernet cable. All the devices will have ports/slots for the insertion of the cable.
Once you restart your computer, it will automatically detect the router. Install the software which came along with the router. Now go to a browser, type in the router’s address (which you can see in its documentation), set the parameters of the network as per your needs. You are done!
