Hi, I recently started using Outlook and my nephew helped me set up a signature. But, I switched jobs and need to change my signature which specifies my older job. Can someone please explain how to change Outlook signature?

First, open Outlook and click the option “new mail message”.
Find the option “signature” on the message tab and click it. See the picture for reference:
From the options that open up, click on edit signature.
Under the option “select signature to edit”, click on “new” and then the new signature dialog box will open. In that box, type your new signature and also select a name for it.
Finally, go to the option named “choose default signature” from the menu and select your new signature.
